Red Room Entertainment's Michael Vick Chew Toy may come under fire, as the Falcons player is depicted in his NFL uniform - and legality is now being questioned.

According to the Tribune, one eBay seller said of the Michael Vick Dog Chew Toy: "Get it now before the NFL shuts production down!"

The Tribune is also reporting that while Red Room claims that portions of the profits will be donated to Jacksonville Humane Society, a spokesperson for the Jacksonville Humane Society said they had not heard of such plans.

Spokesperson Chere Garrard told the Jacksonville Times-Union: "If purchasers of this toy believe they are donating to a Jacksonville Humane Society program advocating against dog fighting, that is clearly not the case and would be misleading."

According to the Red Room Aug. 3rd Press Release: As the Michael Vick dog fighting scandal continues to unfold we find ourselves trying to figure out why a multi-million dollar NFL superstar would put himself in this type of position. That question can not be answered as of yet and may or may not ever be answered. After authorities raided a house owned by Vick on April 25 and found 66 dogs and a pit usually used in dog fights, Vick has finally been indicted by a Federal Grand Jury and will face trial soon.

Now a new type of retribution has been created to give every dog a little pay-back. The Vick Dog Chew Toy will be available for delivery on August 7th and will hopefully help open the eyes of many others. This has been created to help the Humane Society shed some light on this horrendous sport of dog fighting. Each person now has the opportunity to buy a dog chew toy that will help other animals live a better life than those poor dogs that were found on April 25th.

The most rewarding part of The Vick Dog Chew Toy is that a portion of the proceeds are being donated to the Jacksonville Humane Society to help spread awareness of this terrible phenomenon.
